The air inlet system of the spraybooth sends the fresh outdoor air into the workshop after being filtered by the tuyere cotton of the spraybooth and the ceiling filter media. clean air. Therefore, filter media is widely used in various paint booths and coating production lines, such as automobile paint booths, furniture paint booths, and various coating production lines.
The use time of the filter media in the spraybooth varies with different use environments and maintenance conditions. Users should observe and replace them according to the actual situation. Generally speaking, the ceiling filter media is used for 400 to 500 hours and should be replaced; the air inlet filter media is replaced after 60 to 80 hours; the paint mist felt is replaced after 80 to 100 hours, and the exhaust filter media is used for eighty to one hundred hours for replacement. Among them, the most frequent replacement is the air inlet filter media.
The specific replacement process of the filter media in the paint room is as follows:
(1) When replacing the ceiling filter media, first remove the air inlet, ceiling and floor filters, and carefully clean the venrtilation ducts, dark corners and places prone to dust accumulation.
(2) Then close the door of the spraybooth, turn on the fan to blow air for about 1 hour, and then install the filter media after cleaning. When installing the filter media, there should not be any gap between the filter material and the frame and the surrounding area. Adhere the sealant around the filter media frame, and then install the roof filter media and the air inlet filter media.
(3)Turn on the fan to blow air for about 4 hours, and after another cleaning work, install the paint mist felt, so that the use effect is better.
